Fatherhood Program Manager

CHOICES is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered leader to serve as our Fatherhood Program Manager.

This ministry role will recruit, train, and equip volunteers across our three center locations—New Albany, Corydon, and Salem—to serve fathers and fathers-to-be through mentorship, parenting education, discipleship, and practical support. The ideal candidate has a heart for men’s ministry, strong leadership skills, and a desire to help fathers embrace their God-given role as protectors, providers, and spiritual leaders of their families.

This is a 32-hr-per-week position with at least one evening per week required.
